My Favorite Dark Blue!
This color is sooo nice, bold and very highly pigmented!!! I love using it for line work instead of my Wolfe Black. It also makes gorgeous double-dip flowers with white or light blue. Another thing you will love about it is that it washes off so easily and it doesn't stain!!! This is a real must have in my opinion!
