Mini Color Pencil By Number Kit - Assortment
Each kit includes 10 mini colored pencils, a pre-printed board with a numbered overlay and complete instructions on the back of the package. Each pencil has a number printed on the side which corresponds with the number on the overlay. You can create different shades of colour by applying more or less pressure to your pencils. You can also blend colours by gently smudging them with your fingers to create a soft edge
