Mehron Mixing Liquid can be mixed with Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powder to create an intense metallic opaque color that is water resistant. 

How to use this product:

Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powder to create a metallic liquid makeup. This can be applied by brush, sponge or airbrush. Dries completely and washes off easily with soap and water.

Ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, SD Alcohol 40-B (Alcohol Denat.), Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate.
