How to use this product:
Dampen cotton pad, close eyes and apply pad over eye. Leave on for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup, and then gently wipe away eye makeup from the roots to the tips of the eyelashes. Repeat if necessary. Wash with soap and warm water.
Apply Final Seal over any completed makeup for a smudge and water-resistant finish Expect 20-50 applications per 1 oz.
White is a true white, great for clowning and face paint.
