This is an Alcohol-Free gel with no drying agents which is safe for the skin, so it will take approximately 5-20 minutes for glitter gel to dry completely. Easy to apply with fine-tipped applicator. Great for outline, adding details, painting gems. It enables artists to create astonishing details and draw fine lines.
Once the gel dries Glitter Liquid Bling generally stays put but can easily be washed off with water at the end of the day.
