Encore palettes can be activated by 91%-99% alcohol or by Fuel Activator. Encore alcohol based makeup is made in the USA at the European Body Art facility implementing EBA’s proprietary formulas in conjunction with strict manufacturing and FDA compliant measures. All ingredients are of a cosmetic grade and all pigments are approved by the FDA.
To Remove: For easy removal use Vapore or Unveil remover made by European Body Art. You can also use baby oil or alcohol.
